Ca’n Bach enjoys a scenic location with views from the lower slopes of the Puig Maria to the Old Town of Pollensa and the famous Calvario steps. It’s a short walk to the town’s many amenities, good restaurants and weekly, Sunday market down the hill, the walk back is slightly more strenuous so a car is advised, however proximity to the road means you shouldn’t get lost! The house has been recently renovated and includes comfortable interiors with both bedrooms benefitting from air-conditioned at night for a restful sleep. The lounge and kitchen both open onto the lovely dining terrace that overlooks the swimming pool and enjoys those great views of the town. This house also includes a satellite TV which offers a good selection of English channels, ideal for snuggling up on the sofa for a quiet evening in.
