Casa Beni is a great addition to our Ibizan countryside villa programme and offers highly desirable accommodation with wonderful views. The ample gardens are laid mainly to lawn, with swaying palms, olive trees and cacti, and surround a beautiful swimming pool with sun drenched terrace where there is also a Jacuzzi (not heated). There’s a shaded patio to escape the sun, relax with piped music and a cool drink, and a chill out pergola by the poolside. Inside, the house is spacious and tastefully furnished with great taste and high quality, and includes three air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully-fitted kitchen and a very comfortable lounge/diner with large sceen smart TV (including netflix) surround sound and DVD / CD player with a small selection of CD’s and DVDs. The two double bedrooms in paticular offer a high degree of comfort and include en-suite bathrooms and newly installed flat screen smart TV also including Netflix. The villa is situated off a quiet country lane just outside the popular seaside resort of Santa Eulalia. It’s a short, five minute drive, or a pleasant 30 minute walk, to a good selection of decent restaurants, shops and a great, sandy beach.
