Ca’n Llosas de Dal’t is a unique, supremely comfortable house that effortlessly combines contemporary design with traditional Balearic charm. At first glance, the stone turret at the heart of this intriguing villa might suggest an older, more traditional property, however this beautiful structure is only half the story. Through creative architecture, a fabulously contemporary home has emerged, its crisp white walls and flat roof design perfectly complementing the honey-coloured stone and the surrounding rocky landscape.

The ground floor comprises four bedrooms and an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, all fitted out with good quality, comfortable furnishings that make guests instantly feel at home. The spacious lounge has a TV section with satellite TV and a lovely seating area with wonderful views through sliding patio doors.

The modern kitchen is fully fitted with pristine white cabinetry and stunning jade-green granite worktops, a breakfast bar providing a handy spot for casual meals. The gleaming appliances include a coffee maker and separate wine fridge to ensure your vino blanco is served at just the right temperature. Just outside is a pretty outdoor eating area with a stylish dining suite and exceptional views as a backdrop.

The master bedroom is delightfully bright and sunny with patio doors leading out onto a private balcony where you can sit and enjoy the tranquil panorama over a quiet coffee. The en suite bathroom is beautifully fitted with twin washbasins, a bath and a separate shower.

The second double bedroom, with en suite shower room, is equally charming and there are two attractive single rooms with a shared bathroom that are ideal for children or teenagers.

A self-contained one bedroom apartment is located beneath the main house with an open plan lounge and fitted kitchen, en suite bedroom with both a double and a single bed and patio doors. It offers an excellent option for more independent teenage children, older family members or friends to enjoy a little privacy and can be accessed externally or via a staircase up to the main house.

Also on this lower ground floor is an indulgent and atmospheric spa room boasting a sauna, shower and huge stone hot tub with coloured lights casting a magical glow for a truly calming experience. Perfect for relaxation and winding down after a day in the glorious sunshine.

The outside space has been lovingly designed to make the most of the gorgeous views and glorious climate. The stunning infinity pool, irresistibly refreshing in the heat of the day, is fringed by pale stone tiles with sunken uplighters and manicured lawns so there’s plenty of space to unwind and soak up the sunshine.

A large, stone-built gazebo set away from the house boasts a brick barbeque, sink and dishwasher along with a huge dining table and seating for at least 12 guests. For those who relish the chance to enjoy the great outdoors, this is a superb facility, particularly if you’re celebrating an occasion together.

Despite its peaceful, secluded location, the villa is within a very short drive of the charming village of San Carlos, known for its simple, laid-back lifestyle. There are a few bars and restaurants here as well as a grocery store and the weekly market is a good place to stock up on fresh produce for your barbecues.

When you’re ready to feel the sand between your toes, the picturesque bays along Ibiza’s east coast are just ten minutes’ drive from the villa, including Cala Nova, Cala Llenya and Playa des Figueral.
