This spacious villa has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (3 en-suite) + 1 service W.C, sleeping up to 18+4 guests: 3 bedrooms on the first floor (3 double), 1 double bedroom on the ground floor (with an en-suite bathroom) and 2 bedrooms on the lower floor (1 with 4 bunk bed sets and 1 double room with an en-suite bathroom).

On the ground floor, the living / dining area offers a large and comfortable sectional sofa, TV and DVD Player, dining table and an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave, dishes & utensils, toaster and refrigerator. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar and stools, where you can enjoy meals or keep the designated chef company. A secondary kitchen is located on the lower floor.

Outdoors, the property offers a large private swimming pool with gardens, patio and a barbecue area ideal for alfresco dining. Sunbeds, hanging chairs and a bamboo covered seating area allow you to make the most of the outdoor space, lounge and soak up the sun.

The property is located in the Montechoro area, within walking distance to all amenities. The centre of Albufeira is within a 15-minute walk where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks. Other locations of interest are the Albufeira Strip with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town.

Car hire is not a necessity, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

• The 19th to 22th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
