This terraced holiday property is a large and spacious, able to accommodate up to 20 guests across 10 spacious bedrooms. Every bedroom is different due to the age and style of the building, some with exposed beams others with ornate fireplaces, but all have en-suite shower rooms and flat screen TV’s. It is a unique, stunning Victorian house, built in 1864, just 2-minute stroll away from the heart of Whitby with all its pubs, shops, cafés and restaurants.

On entering No. 30 you will immediately notice its Victorian grandeur, stripped wooden floors, high ceilings and original cornicing. On the ground floor there is a grand, but cosy, living room with a large bay with sash windows and a wood burner. Snuggling up on one of the three leather sofas in front of the fire will be very welcome on a winters evening or just to watch your favourite programmes on the 43” Smart TV. For your entertainment there is also a voice controlled Sonos speaker with an Amazon Echo built-in. The room leads into the grand open plan kitchen/dining room with two further sofas and an armchair occupying the extensive living space. The kitchen is well-equipped with every modern convenience. There are also two extending tables that when configured can seat up to 20 as well as a breakfast bar comfortably seating 8. From the kitchen/dining room there are 2 sets of sliding glass doors which really do open up the area to create an extensive space allowing the outdoors in. They lead onto the south facing courtyard, complete with simple, modern planting and an extending table.

The property has been lovingly decorated and stylishly furnished to create a totally different feel to the house. For your entertainment we have provided a Sonos voice controlled smart speaker with Amazon Alexa built in. Beach 300 yards. Shop 50 yards, pub 150 yards and restaurant 100 yards.
