Standard there is sleeping space for 32 people in the villa, but it is possible to place a maximum of 8 extra beds so that there is sleeping space for a maximum of 40 people. Below you will find the layout of the rooms:

Outdoor area by the pool: kitchen with dishwasher, bar with stools, coffee maker, kettle, tables with a long bench, and chairs for 40 people. Books in different languages, board games, toys for children.

Swimming pool: the private swimming pool measures 9 m x 6 m and has a depth of 0.5 m to 2 m. The swimming pool can be heated on request in 2022 for an additional fee. From 2023, the pool heating is included in the rental price. There is also a small children’s pool with a depth of 0.1 to 0.5 meters. In addition, the pool is also equipped with an outdoor shower and outdoor furniture such as lovely large benches with umbrellas and sun loungers.

Jacuzzi: from 2022 there is the possibility to use the outdoor jacuzzi. Before 2022 this is possible for an additional fee, in 2023 the price includes the use of a jacuzzi.
