Being close to the A39, Little Owl Lodge provides the perfect holiday base to enjoy this area of Cornwall or as a touring base to venture further afield. Just minutes away is a spa, along with a surf simulator and a restaurant run by an award-winning chef. Padstow is home to Rick Stein’s restaurant, and the start of the Camel Trail – a cycling and walking trail that hugs the shore of the river Camel, which are just minutes away and the perfect day out for the whole family. Newquay, with its surf culture and miles of golden beaches, provides the perfect facilities for that quintessential British seaside holiday. Several National Trust properties and gardens warrant a visit nearby, with the famous Eden Project, just a 30-minute drive. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are within reach.
