Villa Bali is a one storey traditional Algarve villa set in a quiet countryside location, yet just a short distance from the centre of the new town Albufeira with its many bars, shops and restaurants. Perfect for families looking to stay away from the crowds, this 3-bedroom property (sleeping 6 + 2 guests) with a private heatable swimming pool (pool heating as an optional extra) , games equipment and jacuzzi (available as an optional extra), is the perfect choice.

Villa Bali has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms are furnished with twin beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower, and the other that has patio doors leading out to the pool and gardens. There is also one extra shower room and W.C.

The spacious separate kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking with a hob and oven, washing machine, dish washer, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine. The kitchen leads out to a large undercover BBQ area with outside dining tables, ideal for preparing meals on the grill and enjoying them al fresco.

The open plan living / dining room includes comfortable seating, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, and has patio doors leading out to the lawned garden and swimming pool.

The pool area of this villa is perfect for spending a lot of your vacation time outside with sun loungers from which to soak up the sun, surrounding grassy areas where the children can play and 2 separate outside dining areas where you can enjoy your breakfast and other meals in a peaceful setting. The private heatable swimming pool (heating as an optional extra) is set in the garden where there is also a jacuzzi hot tub (available as an optional extra) and ping pong table. The villa also boasts parking for up to 3 cars.

Villa Bali is located on the outskirts of Albufeira. It is a short drive to the new town, old town and also the large Algarve Shopping centre of Guia,yet you are still in a quiet countryside setting.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season).

• Breakage Deposit Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only)

• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.

Prices up to 6 people.
• The 7th to 8th person pays an additional rental amount for an extra bed for either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week).

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
