Casa Breeze is a very comfortable 3 bedroom villa that can sleep 6, built over two levels, in a great location opposite the famous Vale do Lobo Tennis Centre. Close to all the amenities and services of this top class resort, the villa is also very tranquil with pine trees and lawned areas at the rear of the property, landscaped gardens and water features to the front.

The Exterior

Casa Breeze has beautiful outside areas, from the pool area to the green lawns. The pool is 5m x 2.40m, depth 1.30 to 1.95m and there are plenty of sunbeds by the pool – perfect for soaking up the Algarve sunshine! (The pool can be heated, charges apply, and a pool fence can be installed.)

By the pool area, you will find the outside dining area with both charcoal and gas BBQ.  There are two further sun balconies at Casa Breeze – on the first floor, and on the roof terrace, where you enjoy some time on the sun loungers. The poolside at Casa Breeze is a lovely area – beside soaking up the sun by the pool, or relaxing in the shade of the parasols, there is a great lawned area which is perfect for the kids to run around on.

The living areas

The entrance of Casa Breeze, with a lovely sunny patio by the front door overlooking Vale do Lobo’s gardens, opens with the kitchen to one side and the dining room on the other. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, toaster and an espresso coffee machine.

Three steps lead up to the open plan living room, with comfy sofas, fireplace, TV (with Lazer TV with international and UK channels). There is Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the villa for your comfort.

The bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms in Casa Breeze. All can be used as double rooms (mattress topper is fitted) or twin rooms. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, with air conditioning, and with an adjacent shower room. There are a further two rooms on the first floor, with access to a private balcony overlooking the pool area. This room and the master room share the adjacent family bathroom with bath.

About the Vale do Lobo area

Casa Breeze is very close to the two restaurants near the tennis centre, not to mention the fabulous tennis facilities. Of course, at the Vale do Lobo Praca there are numerous restaurants and bars – open all day and late into the evening.

There is free live entertainment from May to September. Monty’s Bar and Restaurant is open all year round with evening entertainment. Enjoy watching the sunset over the beach & ocean from Breeze bar or Sandbanks.

The walk to the beach takes about 10 minutes, walking along the calçada footpaths through the resort. It is an easy stroll, suitable for all ages and buggies.

It is only a 15 minute walk from the villa to the medical centre and mini market on the entrance roundabout or 15 minute walk to a cash machine, post office, newsagents, bank, hairdresser, spa, cafes etc. in Parque do Golfe. There are many more restaurants and bars are located at the Praca which is a 15 minute walk from the villa.

Vale do Lobo is located on the beach area known as ‘Praia Vale do Lobo’, considered to be one of the finest beaches in the Algarve. From Vale do Lobo you can walk in an easterly direction to both “Praia do Ancao” and “Praia do Garrao” through the Parque Natural da Ria Formosa. This is a famous heritage protected area of lagoons and wet areas, that support the local wildlife population. If you walk towards the west, you pass “Praia do Trafal” and “Praia do Almargem”, following onto “Praia Forte Novo” and then onto the Quarteria stretch of beaches.
