This villa benefits from being on the front row of the golf course on the 5th Fairway and boast some fantastic views.
The Villa is situated in a secure gated community and furnished to a high standard. It has ducted Air Conditioning throughout and the property also benefits from having a private pool area for which is ideal for relaxing in the hot summer months on the terrace looking out towards the golf course.
The pool has a size of approximately 8m x 4m.

For those who wish to venture further afield, it is situated 15 minutes from the award winning white flag beaches of Guardamar Del Segura, close to the popular towns of Los Montesinos, San Miguel de Salinas, Almoradi, Quesada and a short drive from Torrevieja providing a host of local & international restaurants, bars & various local & cultural amenities plus local fresh produce markets.
The Villa also benefits from being only a few minutes from the motorway where you will be able to travel even further afield to popular locations such as Alicante or south to Cartegena (once Spains largest fishing town). For a great day out visit the theme parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia (Seasonal).

There is an outdoor dining area on the lounge terrace with seating for 6 which leads on to the lower terrace and pool area The upper terrace has pleasant views of the surrounding areas and is accessible from the upper bedrooms.
The villas master bedroom is accessed on the lounge/dining room level and benefits from an en-suite bathroom also. The remaining bedrooms consist of 2 x Single beds in each bedroom with fitted wardrobes and are found on the upper level of the property.
The lounge and dining area is well sized and has Television for those looking to get away from the sun for a while. The property also has WiFi internet available for the guests.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the items you would expect at home. Leading from the kitchen (and also accessible via the lounge) is a courtyard area in which a nice shaded area can be found along with a Barbecue – ideal for some outside cooking.
