Villa Overview
Villa Gemma is very special and has all you need for a relaxing break. It is detached and positioned on a quiet road with stunning views over the orange groves and mountains. The Villa is situated just outside of the picturesque town of Algorfa and close to the stunning La Finca Golf Resort. The private pool has steps at one end to give easy access for small children, with a larger, communal pool a few minutes walk away.
A Barbecue area is by the pool and off road parking is to the rear of the villa. The tiled area by the pool is ideal for sunbathing or eating al fresco. The balcony overlooks the pool, ideal for keeping an eye on the children and superb for eating or sharing a bottle of wine whilst taking in the views. The villa has its own well established garden, with privacy for sunbathing and the secluded roof terrace is ideal for the all over tan!
Within a short walk there is a choice of bars, restaurants, supermarket, banks & other retail outlets. For those who wish to venture further afield, it is situated 15 minutes from the award winning white flag beaches of Guardamar Del Segura, close to the popular towns of Los Montesinos, San Miguel de Salinas, Almoradi, Quesada and a short drive from Torrevieja providing a host of local & international restaurants, bars & various local & cultural amenities plus local fresh produce markets.
The Villa also benefits from being only a few minutes from the motorway where you will be able to travel even further afield to popular locations such as Alicante or south to Cartegena (once Spains largest fishing town). For a great day out visit the theme parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia (Seasonal).

There are two good size bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one double and one twin, with adequate space for one or two additional fold out beds, particularly suitable for children.
A new addition is the huge benefit of an added 3rd bedroom (self contained), this is beneath the main villa and has its own entrance door and also shower room and toilet within.The Villa also has the added benefit of WiFi Internet. In the main villa the large bathroom has both bath and shower and the fitted kitchen is generously kitted out and even has the convenience of a dishwasher.
Air conditioning to living area and main bedroom will keep you cool through the hot days, and pull-back glazing to the balcony keeps in the heat during the cooler, Spring or Autumn evenings. The overall atmosphere is calm and rejuvenating – you will return home refreshed.
