The cool blue of the sofa stands out vividly against the neutral colour scheme adopted throughout the home. Here, guests can catch up together whilst they watch sports and films on the satellite television, or simply recline with the views throughout the floor-to-ceiling patio doors, which also bless the space with sunlight and an ocean breeze if the doors are opened! Guests can admire the views, eating on the round table behind the sofas and meals can be prepared in the outstanding kitchen, sleek and fully equipped to ensure you can make everything from a cocktail to a full three-course spread!
All the bedrooms sit upstairs, wonderfully laid out to ensure the perfect night’s rest. Two bedrooms offer twin single beds which make for the perfect place for children to sleep and shares the use of a family bathroom. A master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom is perfect for adults and couples, and you can drink beverages and views whilst gazing across the vast ocean!
There is a garden area and down to the beautiful sandy beach, and the gently shelving waters of the sea, perfect for families with children.
The lovely shaded terrace hosts an outdoor dining table perfect for alfresco meals in the glory of the sunshine. Enjoy the suns rays on loungers or enjoy the comfort of the grassy areas of the garden. The villa doesn’t need a pool as you have immediate access to the beach from your bed, to splash and enjoys the waters!

This Blue Flag awarded length of the shoreline, is layered with fine white sand which is lapped by the waters of the remarkably blue sea, so you can lay down on your towel down or sprawl out on the softness of the surface. The longest beach amongst Spain’s Balearic’s islands, 7 kilometres of coastal lines is begging to be explored, with more built-up spots offering all the amenities and facilities you need to spend a whole day or quieter spots for blissful isolation with the waves.
North of the villa and on the promenade of the Port of Alcudia, an array of restaurants offer tonnes of cuisine for you to gorge on, from tapas to pizza, burgers to the region’s speciality, seafood! Spain is known for its vino, so wash it all down with a glass of the finest traditional wines whilst here. After dining, why not digest meals as you explore S’Albufera de Mallorca natural park, a wetland with unique and wonderful wildlife!

There is also a double bed where the adults can rest easy on a double bed! The fully-equipped kitchen has enough to support all six guests who stay in this villa and dinners can be enjoyed both indoors and out! Outside, relax on the comfort of sun-loungers or the grass. Under supervision, kids can spend as much time as they like on the beach at the doorstep of Villa Guep.
You can enjoy a day of family fun on the three beaches that stretch from the magnificent Port of Alcudia for 7 kilometres. The white, fine grains of sand is the perfect place to pitch up with rented parasols and sun-loungers whilst you enjoy snacks and delicious drinks from nearby cafes and bars. The shallow and gentle waters make this a family favourite, as any age of traveller can lap close to the shores. Turn it up a notch and enjoy a variety of water-sports, from tranquil voyages on kayaks and boats to rip-roaring fun on jet-skis. Try to hang on!
