Las Mimosas Comodo is a fabulously modern villa for anyone that really wants to be in the heart of the action at La Manga Club. It’s just a short walk from the tennis centre, the majority of the resorts bars and restaurants and the main supermarket easily making it Car Optional. Set over three floors with three bedrooms, the smooth, sleek feel of a modern build can be seen and felt throughout. Outside you’ll find glass fronted balconies and crisp sharp edges, inside a white minimal kitchen open plan to the dining area and lounge with plenty of doors and windows flooding the living space with light. All three bedrooms are ensuite as you may expect with a more modern property and the central air conditioning keeps the whole house cool even on the hottest of days. Back outside your pool can be electrically heated if you wish and don’t mind paying a bit extra making it perfect year round. You also have some beautifully premium garden furniture to lounge around on. Out by the pool you have a table tennis set for a quick knock about if you are just hanging around the villa for the day. The general design aesthetic here is minimal, simple and free from fuss.
