Villa Marina is a unique 3-bedroom property with free Wi-Fi, located in the heart of the Albufeira Marina. This colourful holiday home is the perfect setting for a family holiday and includes a private swimming pool.

The property has 3 bedrooms on the first floor: 3 double bedroom (all with en-suite bathrooms). There is also an extra guest toilet on the ground floor.

The quirky, contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with a gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishes & utensils, coffee machine, washing machine and kettle. The living / dining room is bright and spacious.

Outside, a wonderful patio invites you to relax and enjoy meals al fresco alongside the private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra).

The Villa is located in a quiet area of the Albufeira Marina where several cafés, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are located. A short drive (20-minute walk) into Albufeira and you’ll find a variety of amenities, as well as the charm of the Old Town and beautiful sandy beaches (with elevator access at Peneco beach).

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

• From the 7th to the 10th person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week).

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
