The estate is fenced and affords marvellous countryside views. The private swimming pool is located at the front of the property on a lower level, with sunbeds for lounging in the sun surrounded by beautiful, well-kept gardens. Parking for 2 cars is also available inside the gates of the property.

The charming village of Guia, with several restaurants specialising in Chicken Piri-Piri (chicken in a spicy sauce), banks and bakeries, is just a few minutes’ walk away and the Algarve Shopping centre, with a variety of shops, supermarket and restaurants is only an 18-minute walk away.
The Salgados Golf Course and nature reserve, with a lagoon and pedestrian walkway (great for bird watching), are located within a short distance by car, as well as beautiful beaches such as Salgados, Lourenço or São Rafael.
Albufeira town, with its colourful marina, charming old town along Pescadores beach and the Strip, with quality restaurants, pubs, shops and sparkling nightlife, is located within a 7-minute drive.
