Entering the property, you’ll be wowed by the bright and airy open-plan living space, which combines a living room, diner and kitchen to create a hive of activity at the centre of the home. Modern Scandinavian-style decor invites guests to make themselves at home in the sophisticated surroundings while floor-to-ceiling windows open up onto a sun-flooded terrace.
The dedicated lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating, positioned around a central coffee table. While to the side, a large family-sized dining table creates a warm and inviting space to enjoy delicious meals as a group. Finishing the main rooms of the villa, a modern kitchen provides everything your group will need to whip up meals at home.
At ground level, two stylish bedrooms with either a double bed or single bed are yours to choose from, each with a large window overlooking the surrounding landscape and shared bathroom facilities. Upstairs, a large master bedroom with a large double bed overlooks a sunny balcony and has access to a private en-suite bathroom.
Outside, your large patio doors in the living space lead out onto a bright modern sun terrace complete with a trendy outdoor lounge and an additional dining space for al fresco meals. Your private swimming pool is set slightly back from the main terrace, overlooking the gorgeous surrounding vista.

Set on the outskirts of luxurious Puerto Banus, La Morelia is the perfect base for holidaymakers who enjoy the finer things in life.
La Morelia is really easy to get to, being just 50 minutes away from Malaga Airport by car. While you don’t need a car to get around, we do recommend renting one during your stay as La Morelia is quite set back from most local amenities. The area is also relatively steep and hilly as you approach La Morelia, so getting around on foot may be difficult for visitors with mobility issues. For amenities like groceries and home supplies, the heart of Puerto Banus is just a 10-minute drive away, providing you with all the necessities you need to make yourself at home.
While in Puerto Banus, you’ll also be able to spend your time browsing the luxurious boutiques and shopping centres of this millionaire’s playground, dining on delicious global cuisine or rubbing shoulders with the rich and famous at the trendy beachfront bars. At the edge of Puerto Banus, several beautiful golden beaches line the shores of the Costa del Sol, providing plenty of opportunities for sunbathing and swimming in the sea.
Closer to La Morelia, golf aficionados can practise their game at one of the many nearby courses. Within a 10-minute drive of the villa, you’ll find Real Club de Golf Las Brisas, Los Naranjos Golf Club and La Quinta Golf, just to name a few.
Also within walking distance is one of the area’s most popular natural sites; Turtle Lake. This blue reservoir is home to multiple species, including brightly-coloured birds and its eponymous turtles. When the weather is warm, locals flock to Turtle Lake to swim in its blue waters and picnic along the shoreline.
If you fancy spending some time away from the villa, lively Marbella is just a 20-minute drive away. Popular with celebrities around the world, Marbella attracts a lively crowd seeking a luxurious getaway in the sun. Nearby, Turtle Lake is just a 10-minute walk away and is easily managed by children making it an ideal spot to spend some time together. On warm days, kids can play safely in the blue waters of the reservoir, or you can walk along the shore, taking in the different species of birds and animals that live amongst the trees.
Heading down to Puerto Banus, kids can enjoy themselves on one of the many beaches that make up the seafront. No matter where you choose to visit, there are beaches to suit every family – from lively beaches with music and activities to laid-back, quiet beaches.
For day trips and excursions, Puerto Banus is a great place to be as you have easy access to one of the region’s most famous marinas. From here, boat trips depart daily, daring intrepid seafarers to take to the seas for a day’s adventuring. Depending on their appetite for adventure, kids can participate in laid-back activities like glass-bottom boat rides or try something a bit more adventurous like snorkelling off the coast in the open waters of the Mediterranean Sea.
