Rosario is a traditional, charismatic villa surrounded by its own fragrant citrus groves and orchards and lovingly cared for by its owner. The villa boasts fantastic views across this bustling coastal town to the impressive Penon de Ifach and out to sea. It’s located in the area of Estacion, near the foot of the mountain range towards the back of Calpe. Accessed via steps, Rosario feels very welcoming from the moment you walk in. The traditional character of the villa is reflected in the décor throughout, and both bathrooms have recently been refurbished in a superb fresh, modern style. From the lounge, a covered terrace overlooks the pool, and it’s a lovely place to sit and admire the views. The pool terrace itself has a built in dining area right next to your barbeque. The barbeque itself if characterful being surrounded by traditional Spanish tiling. Calpe’s huge sandy beach and busy resort centre is less than three kilometres from the villa and from the villa it’s very easy to catch the train to either Alicante or Denia for a day out or during the day catch the bus down into Calpe.
