Located on the eastern plateau of Aphrodite Hills Resort, this stunning three-bedroom Villa offers you ultimate privacy and relaxation.

On entering the property, it is obvious that no expense has been spared. Elegantly furnished, this Villa is presented on one level with an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The living area is comfortably furnished with a corner cream coloured fabric sofa, a black leather armchair and a flat TV with DVD player, allowing you to enjoy those little home comforts.

The dining area features a large wooden table with eight chairs and is connected to the living room and kitchen area, which features a breakfast bar with two stools, microwave, electric oven and hob and a dishwasher. The Italian hardwood kitchen is fully equipped with granite worktops and selected utensils.

Doors leading from the main living area give direct access to the patio and pool. Surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, this is the ideal place to relax and soak up the sunshine.

To the right of the lounge, there is a passageway leading to the bedroom area.

The first room features a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds (zip & lock). Both bedrooms have bedside tables with matching lamps, whilst sharing a marble bathroom with bath and shower, single vanity unit and toilet.

The third bedroom has twin beds (zip & lock) and features a flat screen TV, bedside cabinets with matching lamps and an en-suite marble bathroom with shower cubicle, double vanity unit and toilet.

A built-in barbeque area complete with a large overflow swimming pool with ladder steps, comfortable garden and patio furniture including sun loungers and umbrellas are all enhanced by the breathtaking panoramic views of the Resort and the crystal waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

Car hire is highly recommended and can be arranged through our Reservations Department.
