The Majorcan traditional villa “Llac Blau” reflects with its name the dominance of the blue element. Water lovers can enjoy it in three different forms. First of all at the holiday home with private pool, which is also particularly child-friendly, as it is separated and has a depth of between 1.60 and 1 m. If you are also sporty, you will find the wakeboard and hidropark as an adventure pool. Or you can go swimming at the sea. After you have explored the historic coastal town of Alcúdia on foot – which is not only recommended for visitors interested in history – you can really relax in the privacy of this tasteful villa. In the pool, playing table tennis, on one of the sun loungers or on one of the covered terraces you will find plenty of opportunity to do so. The shaded terrace facing the pool offers a dining table and a second one for the younger guests, who are very welcome. On the other side of the holiday house, close to the beach, you will find a breakfast place or the barbecue corner with grill. Finally, on the balcony on the upper floor you will experience the exciting mix between urban flair and views of the Tramuntana mountains. You have the choice! You can also choose between a total of four air-conditioned bedrooms on two floors, which are generously designed. The three luxurious bathrooms all offer bathtubs. A stay with at least two families and up to eight persons is completely unproblematic here. This, by the way, in every season in the house, which is always at a comfortable temperature due to a warm-cold air conditioning system. On cooler days, you can also move the dining area into the house, as the living room, which has large double doors to the pool, has an integrated dining area. In the separate kitchen, which is pleasantly fully equipped, there is also a seat for the morning coffee or to prepare for the cooking event. At the same time this room gives access to the barbecue terrace, which is well thought out. The overall elegant furnishing with marble floors, dark woodwork, light spots in the ceilings and a feudal foyer with a curved staircase conveys the Majorcan style.
