El Forestal Raya is a Luxury addition to our Costa Calida programme with a contemporary, high end look and feel. To start with you have a huge pool terrace and lounge terrace both with exceptional views. You look out over the resort to the mountains in one direction and the sea in the other. Attention has been paid here as shown by the glass barrier on your lounge terrace – designed so as not to spoil your view. You also have a large gazebo on your pool terrace – perfect for when you want to get out of the sun for a bit. The high end feel continues inside with touches like floor to ceiling windows in your split level living area. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are all open plan – just great for getting all the family together. All the living space is on the first floor to make the most of the views. If you just want to chill out, or you are taking a break at a cooler time of year again this is the ideal villa. The T.V. package here is really good including movies and sport all via the Smart TV in the lounge. Downstairs all the bedrooms are ensuite and they all have patio doors that open up onto the pool terrace. The décor here is in keeping with the style of the building. It’s modern and bold with some statement features scattered around giving the villa real character and finishing off the whole package. The community of El Forestal is a tranquil one, close to the entrance of La Cala Beach Road – the quick and easiest beach to access from the resort. It’s also still within a very short drive of La Manga Club’s famous assortment of activities and amenities. For those wishing to get out and about to discover this region, the Activity Centre next to the Tennis & Leisure Centre will give you plenty of ideas and information about what is on offer. This is also where guests will find the main supermarket at Las Sabinas. There are so many things to do on the resort itself you may decide not to go anywhere. With twenty eight tennis courts, twenty restaurants and ten bars and three championship golf courses to name just some of the activities.
