This impressive villa is within 500 metres of the nearest beach and just a short drive from a choice of others, including the glorious sandy cove of Sant Jordi. Three bedrooms are spread across the ground floor and a further bedroom is located upstairs, accessed externally. All four bedrooms have their own bathroom, and are tastefully furnished with cool colours and good quality furniture. Set within a generous lawn area, there is plenty of space for games, and the gated pool makes this an ideal choice for families. Las Tres Calas has a small shopping area which includes bar/restaurants one of which has an enclosed children’s play area and serves food such as tapas, pizzas etc. There are also a number of shops including a supermarket with a good variety of fresh food and a range of other goods. The traditional Spanish fishing port of L’Ametlla de Mar is 3 km away and there is a regular bus service into this lovely town. It has everything you will need: good butchers, greengrocers and bakeries as well as the usual supermarkets and shops. Stop in the main square (Placa de Catalunya) for a coffee on the terraza, stroll along the front to the town beach (Platja de L’Alguer) or have lunch at one of the restaurants where the fishermen bring in their boats. The town has many good restaurants and cafes as well as a play area for the children in the main square.
