The villa is located 36 km away from Lisbon, 13.5 km from Sesimbra and 2.7 km from Alfarim, where you can find a reasonable range of shops, a bakery, a butcher, a bank, a post office, supermarkets and for those who like to cook their own fish/seafood, there are nearby fish markets in Sesimbra.
