This fantastic villa has 3 bedrooms on the first floor: 1 double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet, and 2 twin bedrooms that can be converted into doubles. The first floor also has a separate bathroom with a bath and 2 wonderful balconies, perfect for enjoying breakfast or drinks.

On the ground floor, is the remaining twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which can also be converted into a double, as well as a guest W.C. The kitchen is modern and spacious, fully equipped for home cooking with a dishwasher, a modern electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishes & utensils, coffee machine, and kettle.

The living / dining room is bright and spacious and invites you to lounge on the comfortable sofas and gaze out over the swimming pool which can be accessed through sliding doors.

On the lower floor you’ll find the games room with a pool table where you can spend memorable summer evenings together. An additional bathroom with a bath and a laundry room are also available on the lower floor.

Villa Laura is located a stone’s throw from the Albufeira Marina where several cafés, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are located. A short drive (20-minute walk) into the Old Town of Albufeira and you’ll find a variety of amenities, as well as beautiful sandy beaches (with elevator access at Peneco beach).
