Horncastle is renowned for its antique shops and is only a short drive, as is the unspoilt Georgian town of Louth with two busy market days a week. A visit to the sandy beaches at Mablethorpe and Skegness is always worth a day out. The cathedral city of Lincoln, some 15 miles to the west , is rich in history combined with independent boutique shopping, great arts and culture and many places to eat and drink. Within 30 yards of the barn is a well-stocked trout lake for fly fishing and with 40 acres to walk around, there is plenty of opportunity to exercise yourself and your dogs.
