The exterior

Surrounded by beautiful greenery, Casa Feliz is a private haven with beautiful views. One of the notable surroundings is the view of the Quinta do Lago North course 18th hole. As you stroll through the sunny outdoor area, you will find the private pool which is a great size for you and your family. The poolside terrace is furnished with a dining table and chairs, with a BBQ and a football table to keep you entertained. The gorgeous pool and outdoor furnishings are perfect for lazy days and evening family dinners.

The living areas

The interior of Casa Feliz has a beautiful, clean and sleek aesthetic. While there is a modern twist, the villa still preserves a rustic Algarve feel! There is a spacious open plan living room and dining room, complete with a wall mounted TV, comfortable sofas and a welcoming fireplace. There are also patio doors leading to the poolside terrace when you’re ready to go back into the sun.

A newly fitted and modern kitchen offers a spacious environment for you to focus on all of the delicious meals you’ll be cooking up. It is fully equipped with everything you need including a fridge freezer, gas hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher and much more. The separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer too!

The bedrooms

The bedrooms in Casa Feliz are beautiful, making them a perfect place to rest after a busy day of relaxation! There are five bedrooms in the property, all of which are fully air-conditioned. Bedroom one is situated on the upper entrance floor, and is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

You will find the four other bedrooms on the lower level of the property. Bedroom two is a double bedroom and bedroom three is a twin bedroom. These are both en-suite and fully air-conditioned. The final two bedrooms are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, which can share the adjacent family bathroom.

All bathrooms are beautifully decorated, with a bright and clean interior. The bedrooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and lovely views from the windows.
