Villa Nispero is a luxury, modern and cool holiday villa in Mijas Costa, just a short 15-minute drive outside of the centre of Marbella. Villa Nispero has some beautiful views on offer of the nearby golf course and the sea in the distance. From the terraces available from the bedrooms, you have such panoramic views that make them perfect photo backdrops. Additionally, you benefit from the spacious nature of the villa! You’ll find there is loads of room for everyone, so you can call relax and enjoy your holiday.

The villa has a lovely elegant and mature living space that you can use as a central gathering point whether you’re winding down for the day or getting ready to face the day! It has two comfortable L sofas that are great to sink into. There is a television in the living space also. There are some sliding doors that lead out onto a terrace where you will find a small table that is great for having an evening out under the stars. There is a second living space where you’ll find another television and sofa, it’s great for getting away from the main areas of the villa and relaxing alone.

The property has a formal dining area where you’ll be able to enjoy a great evening around the table with delicious food and drink. But in case you want to dine outside, the dining area has sliding glass doors that lead out onto the covered terrace where there is an outdoor dining table. The large sliding doors mean that this dining room is a bright space, and its elegant furniture choice make for a lovely luxury and formal space.

The kitchen is a fully equipped, modern layout with stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen has white cabinets with black counter tops, making this modern kitchen rather luxurious in its feel. It is equipped with all of the modern and necessary appliances, and it is completed with additional workspace that make a breakfast bar.

Villa Nispero has five bedrooms, ranging from double beds to twin bedrooms. Four of these rooms have en-suite bathrooms and terraces. The bedrooms are all minimal and cosy, with storage available for your use. The bathrooms have a mix of bathtub and shower combinations and fittings available, so you’ll find something to suit all your guests.

The exterior of the villa has a well-kept lawn area, great for kids and sun bathers! Additionally, poolside you’ll find sunbeds which are great if you want to relax and top up your suntan. The villa also has a BBQ available for your use, so you can enjoy some delicious food poolside! If you hire a car, you’ll find private parking available at the property.
