Villa Sage is a chic, 5 bedroom villa located on a quiet cul-de-sac at the back of the Quinta Verde Resort. Traditional design with contemporary details & furnishings throughout, Villa Sage has been designed to meet guests’ every need.

The exterior

The outdoor areas of Villa Sage are spacious and beautiful, with plenty of room for a big group. There is a nice long pool to enjoy, sun loungers, outdoor furniture and balcony areas too! There is a sheltered BBQ area, with a dining table, for some delicious meals in the sun!

The living areas

Villa Sage has electric shutters throughout and is beautifully furnished. UK TV can be found in the living room, kitchen, basement and main first floor suites. There is also A/C throughout the villa.

The living room is bright, with comfortable furniture and a TV to enjoy your favourite shows. The kitchen continues with the spacious theme, has great fittings and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm.

In the basement you will find the games room, with a pool table and a basement bar. There is also a cinema room for a cosy movie night in!

The bedrooms

The ground floor & lower floor both have one en-suite bedroom with a shower only. They have twin beds (200cm x 90cm) with a double bedhead. The lower bedroom has 4 windows ensuring natural light.

The first floor holds 3 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a double mattress (200cm x 180cm), walk-in wardrobe with safe, private balcony with seating, TV with UK channels, bladeless DYSON fan and bathroom with dual sink and separate bath & shower.

The Guest Suite  has a double mattress (200cm x 180cm), walk-in wardrobe, private balcony with sofa, TV with UK channels and bathroom with dual sink and shower only.  The final room on the first floor has 2 single mattresses (200cm x 90cm), small private balcony and en-suite with shower only.
