You enter the property at ground Level into a spacious and comfortable living and dining area suitable for up to 10 people with extendable dining table and ample seating. The feature floor to ceiling corner windows give breathtaking private views onto the neighborhood and the beautiful garden and pool area. Conveniently, from the sliding french doors in the kitchen, you can access the large outdoor veranda, where there is a dining area set under a retractable awning, perfect for a shaded lunch or enjoying an evening meal from the outdoor barbecue and drinks under the stars.

There are two en-suite bedrooms with king size beds on the first floor, one of which has a large private rooftop sun terrace with the other bedroom having patio doors leading onto a sunny balcony.

The basement contains a further two large en-suite bedrooms with king size beds looking onto an outside winter garden, an extensive family/games room with wide-screen Smart TV, pool table and bar football game and access to an integral garage for secure storage of golf clubs, bicycles etc.

The outside space also includes an 8m x 5m infinity pool (heated as an extra), fully tiled deck area around pool with sunbeds, social seating and pergola providing shade adjacent to the swimming pool.

The villa offers private parking to the front of the property for 2 to 3 cars and is the perfect and sumptuous base to explore the Algarve. The Villa is within a 20 minutes’ drive from Faro airport and 10 minutes’ drive to Vilamoura Marina with an extensive choice of quality restaurants and bars. The property is also close to the main arteries of the N125 and the A22 providing easy access to all that the Algarve offers.

Vila Sol golf resort is just across the main road which is 3 minutes’ drive or 10 minutes’ walk and includes a 27-hole championship golf course, bars, restaurants, Wine Bistro, a small supermarket and cafe/bakery. There is also an extensive choice of local traditional restaurants within 5 minutes’ drive offering terrific value for money.

In addition to the above, the villa is conveniently located within 5 minutes’ drive to the Aquashow Water Park, 20/25 minutes’ walk to Quarteira beach and the promenade and 10 minutes’ walk to 2 major large supermarkets. A bus stop at the top of the street provides access to an excellent bus service which provides services to many locations along the Algarve including the main bus station in Quarteira and Vilamoura Marina, Loule, Almancil and many more.
