When entering Villa Arriba, you’re immediately greeted by a large open-plan living space comprised of a spacious lounge, dining area and a kitchen. Your main living room features a huge L-shaped sofa gathered around a chic glass table, wide-screen TV and a modern floating fireplace.

Creating a natural break in the spaces, behind the fireplace is a dining space featuring a large family-style table that can comfortably accommodate a full house of guests. Then, beside the dining area is your dream kitchen made reality. The large, well-functioning space has all of the modern appliances and conveniences you need despite its elegantly rustic design. A large kitchen island is the main focus of the space, providing an area for food preparation and socialising. Around the room, tall bright windows fill the space with natural light whilst also providing direct access to the gardens.

Spread across three levels, a second living room is also located on the lower level, providing lots of space for everyone. The second living area, in particular, is ideal for families with young children as it includes a lovely play kitchen that kids can use.

Finally, the basement level features two rooms – a master suite with a private en-suite and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, each featuring views over the garden and pool.

In your garden, you’ll find additional seating for outdoor dining beneath a covered pergola as well as a barbecue area. Also in the garden is a good-sized private swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, providing guests with comfort and convenience when using the pool.
