Casa Cubells is the perfect Ibizan getaway: clean, modern architecture combines with 5 acres of the estate surrounded by a beautiful pine forest to create an unforgettable holiday in your own private bubble.

The entire villa immediately invites relaxation in luxury, with cool white walls and modern furnishing. The living area is open and spacious, highlighted by the natural light that floods in from the windows and French doors. Featuring a large sectional sofa that just calls for socialising as a group or spreading out, the entire area is cooled by air conditioning for when you need a break from the Spanish sun. The included flat screen television comes with the full sky package, not to forget the Wi-Fi for connecting to life back home.

The villa sleeps 12 guests, and you won’t be short of space with the entire villa is spacious and open plan. There are six bedrooms, with each being able to be either double beds or twins, depending on the guest’s circumstance. Four of these bedrooms feature en-suites with an additional shared bathroom also in the villa.

The grandeur of the house continues through to the kitchen, with the sleek white cupboards and stainless-steel appliances sure to make cooks of all abilities feel like master chefs. In the dining room, a large wooden dining table fills the space and invites social meals of local produce.

Should you wish to feel the cool evening breeze as you eat, the villa has two outside dining areas for al fresco meals. Consider trying your hand on the outdoor gas barbecue, grilling some fresh seafood to be enjoyed with local wine as the sun sets over the horizon.

Stepping out the doors of Casa Cubells, guests will enjoy the glistening blue infinity pool that stretches out along the edge of the property. Take a plunge in the cool waters to beat the heat, or lay back on the sun loungers as you take in the stunning views of the rolling Ibizan hills. The outside SONOS sound system allows for your favourite songs to become a soundtrack of your stay, even when you’re enjoying the view.

Casa Cubells sits in the wooded hills of Es Cubells, in one of the most exclusive areas on the island. Immediately on arrival, you will be stunned by the absolutely breath-taking views of the rolling Ibizan hills, and at less than an hour from the airport, it won’t be long before they’re in your sights.

One of Ibiza’s many strong points is its number of beautiful beaches that remain hidden to most tourists, hidden gems waiting for anyone to discover them. One such beach is the Es Niu de S’Àguila cove, less than 1km from the villa, a beautiful cove with crystal clear waters and rock formations.

Make the most out of the Spanish waters by booking with one of the many local kayaking and water sports companies, enjoy a snorkelling tour of the island and see the fishes and ocean life up close and personal.

If you don’t fancy getting wet, take a tour of the land on a quad bike and check out the island’s countryside. Stop for a picnic to refuel in the wonderful Balearic sun.

The local area of Es Cubells has four great restaurants, including the beachfront Ses Boques where you can try fresh seafood and authentic paella amongst the pine trees. If you want to make use of the fully equipped kitchen or outdoor grill and make your own meals, a well-stocked supermarket is just 5 minutes away from the villa.

Holidaymakers wanting to experience Ibiza’s bustling towns will be pleased to know that both Ibiza Town and San Antonio are only 20 minutes away by car. Furthermore, the island is filled with party venues and restaurants, so there is always something to do to let your hair down during your stay. Casa Cubells is welcoming and suitable for holidaymakers of all ages. The beautiful villa is located only 20 minutes away from the airport, meaning restless little ones will be exploring their home away from home in no time.

Ibiza is known to be an absolutely beautiful region, and there are plenty of beaches for young ones to explore and clear waters to splash in. The number of water sports available on the island also makes it perfect for kids wanting to get active on holiday; consider kayaking in the glistening water with your family and finishing the day soaking up the sun on the beach. Make lifelong memories for everyone by taking the young ones snorkelling and seeing the colourful fish right alongside you.

Back at the villa, there are a number of hanging out spots for the kids to choose from. The living area has a big sectional sofa ready for them to spread out on, and the TV comes with the full Sky package, so there will always be something to watch. They can also connect to the Wi-Fi and stream their favourite content or contact their friends back home.

The villas’ bedrooms are customisable in that they can be double beds or separated into twins. This increased flexibility makes it perfect for bigger parties with children, who can have their own bed and their own space.

Casa Cubells’ multiple dining areas mean that kids can have their own dining areas each night should they (or the adults!) wish. The two outdoor dining areas mean that they can experience Al Fresco dining in the Ibizan warmth as the sun sets over the horizon. Highchairs are also available upon request.

For groups with smaller children, the gorgeous infinity pool can be gated upon request. Enquire about this upon booking to ensure young travellers stay safe and can enjoy the pool whilst supervised by adults.

Security deposit €2,000 – this amount will be held on a valid credit card until your departure date. We will contact you, prior to your arrival date, to ask for your credit card details and the hold will commence on your arrival date.
