Villa Lucilia is a palatial-style holiday home close to the town of Calpe on the Costa Blanca. With unobstructed views of the sea from many rooms and the extensive grounds, Villa Lucilia commands a privileged position within a quiet neighbourhood.
The luxurious look and feel of this villa can be enjoyed both inside and out, with beautifully furnished rooms to the interior and a stunning outside area.
Set over three levels, the accommodation at Villa Lucilia is comfortable and full of modern conveniences. As soon as you step inside and enter the hall, you’re greeted with a sense of grandeur. There are a sofa and coffee table for sitting and taking in the views offered by patio doors that open onto a terrace.
By these doors is a space with a small dining table and a beautiful fireplace for enjoying cosy evening meals when it’s chilly outside. The contemporary living room is a vast, chic space. It’s home to three sofas that are positioned around a large flat screen television and a suspended wood-burning stove that acts as a stunning focal point.
The well-equipped kitchen is also the right size and has both a small breakfast bar and table for flexible eating options. Patio doors lead out to a balcony terrace with outdoor furniture for taking your meals outside.
There are six bedrooms in total, with two having a double bed and an ensuite bathroom each. There’s also another bedroom with a double bed. The remaining three bedrooms feature two single beds each. There’s a bright and well-appointed family bathroom with a double sink and a shower.
The outside space is simply breathtaking regarding its features, facilities and views. As well as the many smaller terraces around the exterior of the villa, there’s also one large main terrace.
Here you will find a beautiful lagoon-shaped swimming pool with a selection of sun loungers sitting alongside it. The gardens surrounding the pool are full of exotic trees and plants, making it feel like a secret paradise. A separate building mimics the grand style of the villa, with nods to ancient Greece and Rome throughout its pillars and temple-like structure.
Under its partially-covered terrace are a large dining table and an outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue, giving you the chance to dine like emperors!

- Internal and external stairs make this villa unsuitable for wheelchair users
- Not all bedrooms have ensuite facilities but have use of the large family bathroom

Location
Situated within a residential area close to the heart of Calpe, Villa Lucilia is ideally located for amenities and places to go for days out.
The seaside town of Calpe is just 2 km away and offers streets full of history and culture. Gothic churches and Roman ruins are just some of the fascinating points of interest to visit in Calpe.
Head down to the town’s marina for some lunch after a morning of sightseeing. There’s a great choice of restaurants on offer here, and most serve a variety of fresh fish and seafood dishes.
Having several sandy stretches to its name, the main beach of Calpe is Playa de la Fossa. With a long promenade full of shops, bars and restaurants, you don’t have to go far to grab some ice creams for the whole family or enjoy a delicious lunch at a traditional restaurant.
The coastal parts of Calpe are dominated by Penyal d’Ifac, a massive limestone rock that rises out of the sea. A natural park in itself, it’s home to hundreds of animal species and many rare plants. If you’re feeling energetic, hike to the top of the rock and marvel at the stunning views over the town and sea.
Altea is approximately 30 km away from the villa and is another coastal town that has managed to retain much of its traditional Spanish charm. The old town is nestled on a hillside, and its cobbled streets are lined with traditional restaurants and shops selling beautiful handmade goods.
The famous blue-domed church of the Virgin de Consuelo sits at the top of the old town area and offers fantastic views down over the bay.

Villa Lucilia is a fantastic holiday home for families with children. Everyone will love the amount of space inside the villa and the friendly areas for getting together.
The outside area is like a playground, with the outdoor kitchen and barbecue building being the perfect place to let their imaginations go wild. They’ll also love playing in the pool and with the table tennis table.
Head to Terra Mítica in Benidorm to enjoy a thrilling day out. This fun-filled theme and adventure park are only 30 minutes away from the villa by car, and it’ll keep the children entertained for hours.
There are five themed zones: Egypt, Greece, Rome, Iberia, and the Islands, with rides suited to children of all ages. Alongside gentle rides for the little ones, there are white-knuckle rides, such as the Magnus Colossus, that will appeal to older children. There are plenty of family-orientated experiences also, including The Rapids of Argos.

End of stay cleaning included? | Extra €210, paid to OT prior to travel. However, guests are required to leave the accomadation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning , laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal will be charged against the security deposit. |
