Quinta de Estoi is actually two large villas, each comprising three bedrooms, in a fabulous, true Portuguese setting with amazing views down to the coastline. It’s the ideal choice for a group of families or friends looking to get away to the sunshine together. There’s so much space, both inside and out, for everyone to chill out and relax. Plus, you’ve got your very own private pool and it’s HUGE – a roomy 12 x 6m! Outside exiting the rear of the villa, is also a lift to take you down to the pool area if needed.

Although it’s got a fantastic Portuguese feel, this Quinta is newly built to a very high standard so you can combine the contrasting rustic Portuguese and modern, contemporary luxury themes for the ultimate holiday.

The upper villa is very tastefully decorated. Walk into the large entrance hall and take the staircase up to the rooftop terrace or down to the basement area where there is a snooker table and a seating area. The corridor off the main entrance hall leads to three bedrooms. There are two twin bedrooms (which can also be doubles) and a master suite with double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower. The twin bedrooms are both ensuite with baths and separate showers. There are TV’s in all of the bedrooms.

To the far side of the entrance hall there is a study. Continue through the house to the kitchen where you’ll find everything you need for whipping up holiday meals. There is a large lounge with a card table and a suspended fireplace between it and the kitchen. Just imagine cosy nights’ in!

The lower villa also has three bedrooms and, again, is newly refurbished throughout. The master double bedroom has it’s own en-suite with separate bath and shower while the remaining two bedrooms (can be twin or double rooms) share a large family bathroom. All of the bedrooms have TV’s and fitted wardrobes and there is air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout this villa. There is also air conditioning and underfloor heating in the main house!

In total, there are 6 bedrooms at this property – 4 twin rooms (all can be converted to double rooms) and 2 double rooms.

There is a nice seating area and a well-equipped kitchen in the second villa as well as a glass atrium so you can enjoy that warm summer breeze.

Outside you have spacious gardens with lovely views across the countryside and down to the ocean – and that fabulous pool, ideal for lazy days by the pool.

The local area is more typical than some of the commercialised coastal resorts. Why not explore the towns and their markets, try some of the local restaurants or even hire some bikes and enjoy the nature around you? You are still not far from the coast if you want to check out the beaches which the Algarve is famous for. Faro town is also only a short drive meaning this Quinta is within easy reach of supermarkets, high street shops, a cinema, banks and the airport.
