The big kitchen serves as a hub of activities and is well-equipped to cater for large parties, the dining room table is large enough for everyone to enjoy a celebratory feast. The living room has a feature fireplace and a large flat screen TV. A second living room with a large flat screen TV doubles as the games room. The house is well placed for easy access to the rugged north coast and beaches around Bude, and many other attractions are all within easy reach. For walkers, the moors and coastal path are a short drive. Golf, horse riding and historic Launceston with its Norman castle and steam railway are all within 5 miles. Shop 5 miles, pub 3 miles.
