The exterior

Villa Caprice boasts a fabulous outdoor space, meaning you can enjoy the Algarve sunshine in a wonderful setting. There is a lovely sunny pool (17 x 7m) with 10 sun-loungers around it. Perfect for soaking up the sun and cooling off. There is also the option to heat the pool for an extra charge.

You will find a large dining table, perfect for al fresco meals, green gardens, a BBQ area with gas grill and a ping pong table. Quite simply, we are sure you will spend a lot of time here.

If you have a car, parking is available in the entrance hall of the villa protected by the electric entrance gates.

The living areas

Villa Caprice is a contemporary gem, so the interiors are beautifully decorated. You will have a spacious and open plan living and dining room. The dining table seats 10 persons and the living area is comfortably furnished with a flat screen television with a cable channels and Wi-Fi. Patio doors lead directly to the pool terrace, BBQ area and the gardens.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including a dishwasher, juicer, microwave, coffee machine, oven, fridge & freezer, kettle, toaster, electric hob and extractor. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

Finally, on the lower floor, you have the fantastic games and spa area. The games room has a pool table, while the spa offers a steam room/sauna, shower room, jacuzzi, running machine and multi-trainer. The usage of the sauna is subject to a supplement charge.

The bedrooms

With 7 bedrooms, Villa Caprice sleeps up to 14 guests. Each bedroom is comfortable and perfect for getting rest after a busy day.

The villa has five bedrooms on the ground floor; all south oriented, air conditioned and with direct access to the garden terrace. Bedrooms one and two are ideal for a family as they are situated next to the family bathroom, complete with shower, bath and double vanities. Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has twin beds.

Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and double vanities. Bedroom four is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower unit. Bedroom five is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor situated next to the entrance hallway.

Bedrooms six and seven are on the lower level of the villa. Bedroom six is a double bedroom that uses the shower room situated in the spa area and bedroom seven is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Both rooms benefit from natural light.
