Enjoying a coastal location, this luxury property offers a comfortable retreat to return to after a day spent exploring the historic city of St Andrews.

Dauphinhill House is situated in a quiet location opposite the old city walls, where you are within a 5-minute walk to a sandy beach, old harbour, and great places to eat and drink. Ideal for couples, friends and families to spend time together in an elegant, comfortable property. Dating back to the 18th century, Dauphinhill House is a Grade B-listed house and has been refurbished in 2019 to an excellent standard throughout, whilst maintaining its original character and charm.

St Andrews is a thriving city and has a good selection of quality restaurants, cafés, bistros and bars. The attractive harbour and sandy beach are only a 5-minute walk away. You can explore this attractive city on foot through the old wynds and lanes and stop off along the way for an ice cream or afternoon tea.

For guests who enjoy a round of golf, Dauphinhill House has a golf club store and is ideally located with 10 golf courses close by including the world famous Old Course, and at Fairmont St Andrews, the Torrance and Kittocks courses. St Andrews regularly plays host to the Open Championship, and the British Golf museum is well worth a visit.

Dauphinhill House is ideal for guests visiting friends and family who are based at St Andrews University and for attending one of the graduation ceremonies. If you wish to travel a little further afield then the Fife Coastal Route provides you with walks to picturesque fishing villages, white sandy beaches and spectacular views.
