Cency is a delightful villa located in a residential area of Puerto del Carmen and is only a 10 minute walk to a great selection of international restaurants offering many different choices, bars, shops and a long sandy beach. The property itself is set on two levels, the ground floor consists of a master bedroom and twin bedroom with a family bathroom. Internal stairs lead up to the well-furnished lounge/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen where you can produce all of the families favourite dishes which can be enjoyed on the terrace looking out to the sea view. Outside leads to a sun terrace and an inviting swimming pool where lazy days can be spent keeping cool from the warm sunshine. For those who enjoy al fresco dining, a built in barbecue is available to grill all of your favourite meats and fish. Although a car is not required to enjoy the resort, the island has a lot to offer and explore such as the Marian Rubicon in Playa Blanca, Timanfaya national park or the many beaches.
