As you come through the villa entrance, you will walk into an open plan living area where the dining space and lounge are on split levels. This airy white space is wonderful for enjoying some indoor activities, if the sun is not tolerable during its peak. A basement provides further entertainment, where you can use the pool table. The kitchen has a striking contrast of vibrant red cabinets and black marble topped counters & black tiled floors. As you leave the kitchen, you are greeted by a covered outdoor dining and the barbeque area. The original terracotta tiled flooring remains cool throughout the day, so no more quick dashes between the swimming pool and patio area are required. The enclosed garden is shielded by leafy hedges and sun loungers are scattered upon the lawn encircling the ‘L-shaped’ swimming pool.
