Villa Almancil offers six airy bedrooms that back on to a quiet private Garden. The villa is handily situated amongst several bars and restaurants and is a short walk from the Encosta do Lago resort, the Lake and Quinta Beach (where free parking is provided).
The villa is comprised of three floors. As you enter through the ground floor, you will pass through the entrance hall where a glassed internal garden runs alongside both the dining area and the outdoor pergola space. The Living space is furnished with a flat screen television (English & Portuguese channels) and leads through to a fully fitted kitchen with a microwave, large refrigerator and island.
Finally, there are two En-suite double bedrooms on the ground floor. Upstairs, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. The remaining two twin beds can be found in the lower part of the property, which also houses a utility’s space in the basement (washing machine & tumble dryer).
This area also contains a large games room where you can enjoy a game of pool and table tennis. The garden is fully protected by pine trees and vegetation, ensuring complete serenity, which offers right shade from the sun in parts. The swimming pool area is decked with twelve sun loungers, and around children’s pool flows into the swimming pool.
There are two off-road parking spaces, and guests are welcome to use the facilities of the Encosta do Lago Condominium, which consists of a large swimming pool, gym and tennis Courts, making it an ideal holiday home for larger groups or families.

Location
Quinta Do Lago is considered to be one of the more impressive resorts along the Algarve. The estate is noted for its golf courses, tennis facilities and the well renowned Quinta shopping scene.
This suitable family destination is conveniently positioned by many lakes and is a short drive from the beach, where seasonal water sports are offered. While on the sea-front, there is a selection of dining experiences to be enjoyed.
With Albufeira, Olhao and Vilamoura being easily reachable by car, there is an abundance of activities for a group of holidaymakers.
The numerous freshwater lakes and lagoons draw a considerable amount of migrant and inhabitant birds. This makes this destination ideal for bird watchers or those who admire an array of beautiful birds, including Flamingos.
Additionally, the Ria Formosa Natural Park is a few miles west of Faro and a half an hour drive from Quinta do Lago.
