You’re welcomed into a vast marble entrance-hall as you step out of the lift from the private garage on the lower floor. The sense of grandeur and elegance permeates the entire villa, promising absolute luxury and comfort. Upstairs, step into your lounge where unique statement sofas await you in front of the TV and open fireplace, ideal for getting cosy, socialising and enjoying a little entertainment and relaxation. For cooking up a storm, head into your fully-fitted kitchen with all the most modern appliances and a fantastic sleek design, before dining at these elegant tables both inside and out.
There are six enormous bedrooms to choose from – promising you all the space and even more comfort than you could dream of! You’ll find the first two double rooms on the ground floor, with another double (the master suite) and twin on the first floor. On the lower-ground floor you’ll find an independent apartment, with a further double and twin bedrooms. On the ground-floor, one room features an ensuite while the second bedroom has access to a separate shower room, while the master room has an additional ensuite as well as a private terrace!
Your total of four accompanying bathrooms are equally magnificent, with a collection of luxurious facilities. Alongside nearly all of the beds are a huge set of patio doors which allow the sparkle of the sunshine to dance across the room and inviting you out onto these sublime terraces.
Out in your fabulous garden everyone will find their perfect sun-kissed spot, be it on the large lawn, the many terraces or indeed by your fantastic private pool! With its very own terrace, this pool is such an idyllic spot to soak in the refreshing water, sunbathe in a lounger or simply gaze out across these views! Right alongside your luxurious lounge is a similarly cosy alfresco living space, with sofas and tables in a casual set-up, so you can look out over the sea, mountains and scenic coastline in total comfort.
With restaurants, a market and a bar all within walking distance, not to mention the nearest beach which is just 10-minutes away, you could hardly be better placed to enjoy the Costa del Sol! The El Chaparral Golf Club is also just 1km away, while for a quaint day out, head to the local fishing village of La Cala, with sandy beaches and an array of delightful amenities.

Location
With Tivoli World theme park and both the aqua parks in Mijas and Torremolinos within just a 10 to 15 minute drive, Villa Periana is perfectly located for a fun-packed holiday!
Mijas comprises both the Mijas Pueblo on the mountain-side and Mijas Costa, a stretch of roughly 12km of picturesque beaches leading into verdant pine forests and striking hillsides of white houses. It includes La Cala de Mijas which is the main beach resort, the two smaller resorts of Riviera del Sol and Calahonda, the thriving city of Fuengirola, and finally Las Lagunas, the more industrial and most populated area of Mijas.
The area caters incredibly well to tourists, as it has been beautifully developed and redeveloped for nearly 60 years, whilst maintaining its traditional Andalusian charm. Growing organically from a quaint fishing village, it has undergone a fascinating transformation.
A bustling urban centre, a vibrant nightlife and an exciting calendar of events year round promise a memorable holiday. And for something a little more relaxing, take the coastal boardwalk which forms a part of the Malaga Coastal path towards Marbella!
Meanwhile, nearby Marbella is a little bigger and busier, with a traditional and beautiful old town, and holds many Michelin starred restaurants and world-renowned beaches where one can soak up the sun and enjoy a cocktail at a beachfront bar! It has a very rich history, visible in the many ruins throughout the winding cobbled streets of its Old Town.
The Costa del Sol itself is mostly peaceful and quiet, as although there is a good amount of tourism, largely for the fantastic beaches and warm climate (the average water temperature year-round is 18°C!), visitors tend to stick to the highly developed and bustling south-western part, leaving the stunning mountains inland largely untouched and peaceful year-round.

The local area along on the Mijas Costa is also very well suited to families, with both the Costa Water Park and the Mijas Aquapark very near to Fuengirola and less than 15 minutes away. There are also plenty of water sports opportunities including kayaking, dolphin watching, kite-surfing, parasailing, snorkelling, windsurfing and loads more along the magical Costa del Sol!
