The imposing, spacious grandeur of the property lends it a certain wow factor. Set inland from the resorts of both Calpe and Moraira the setting is peaceful and can be viewed as a bit of a retreat. The traditional town of Teulada is just five kilometres away. The location alongside the scale of the property means it’s ideal for large groups, multiple families travelling together and multigenerational families. However, if you are a smaller party and only need three bedrooms you can also book this property throughout most of April, May, June, September and October and you’ll receive a reduction. All the bedrooms here have their own ensuite and air-conditioning. Four of the bedrooms are accessed externally from the main building and three of these rooms are on the first floor with their own private entrance accessed via a set of external stairs leading to the first floor. From this level you get amazing views out to sea. These bedrooms also have their very own kitchen so can work in a self-contained way if necessary. The main kitchen has a vey long breakfast bar covered in ornate tiling and the main indoor dining area is located right on the front of the house, with four patio doors allowing light to flood in. The interior of this villa is great but perhaps the most remarkable part of the overall experience at Villa Gazania is the amount of outside space you have. It’s set over three tiers. There is plenty of space in front of the villa to set up a great outdoor dining treat. Then there is the designated outdoor cooking area on the back of the villa with a wood burning stove, large portable BBQ and a paella pan. The second tier takes you up to the third tier and your lavish pool area. The pool is a massive twelve metres long and you have a lovely, covered area here if you’re more comfortable with a bit of shade but also plenty of space for the sunworshippers. Perhaps the best quality of Villa Gazania is that it allows for a large group or family holiday together whilst being spacious enough to allow everyone on holiday to have their own little piece of the villa and the space and comfort it delivers.
