Why choose Scotland
One of the best things about Scotland is its diversity. The rolling countryside, bustling cities, icy mountain peaks and charming villages all combine to provide an excellent holiday destination, whether you’re looking for an action-packed break, a cultural adventure or a relaxing retreat.
When to travel to Scotland
Scotland is best visited during the spring (late March to May) and autumn (September to November) months. By spring, the temperatures are warmer, although there will still be snow in the mountains of the Highlands and the Cairngorms. The summer months of June through to August are the warmest of the year.
