There will be a nutritional breakfast basket delivered daily to the villa alternatively you may use the restaurant and benefit from an inclusive cooked buffet breakfast.

You can easily realign the energy body with mindfulness training and meditations; all of which you will be able to access via a download afterwards. These will be given by email or via our social media platform if you prefer, so you don’t have to worry about remembering everything you learn and can fully focus on being in the here and now in Cyprus!

We are also including a day trip where you can romanticise in Greek mythology at the baths of Aphrodite. Here the legend says Aphrodite would come to bathe. According to Greek mythology, she met her lover Adonis at the pool when he stopped for a drink while hunting. To get here we will pass through a botanical garden, then walking the trail along the coastline which has magnificent views out over the sea. There are also swimming spots at some of the nearby beaches, with the opportunity to relax. Plus lunch at a local taverna on route.

Final farewell dinner on the last night at a local restaurant. This will include local beer and wine.
