Treat the entire family to the holiday of a lifetime at seven-bedroom Villa Pepi. Located on the pretty South-East coast of Menorca, this beautiful villa near the sea is capable of housing up to fifteen guests! Built in traditional Spanish style, Villa Pepi has a brilliant white exterior and contrasting sage green, wooden shutters. A lengthy swimming pool, perfect for those morning laps, rests at the foot of the villa, bordered by sun loungers and a grand, tropical palm tree. We love the canopied area, jutting out from the villa with a huge family dining table, perfect for large servings of paella by the pool.  Built on two levels and with a whopping seven bedrooms, Villa Pepi is larger than most villas on the island. It houses everything a large group travelling together would need. There are two kitchens, perfect for two chefs to cook up a feast in tandem. The upper level looks out through swaying palms towards the Mediterranean. Enjoy watching the waves ahead over your morning juice inside.

The villa is right next to a lovely, sandy beach and there are local shops and restaurants on the doorstep. This area of Menorca has a laid back vibe, so enjoy strolls through quiet villages, tapas with the locals and safe shores for kids to play on.
